The Problem

  • The manual sorting, unitising and processing of new credit applications was slow and inefficient.
  • A lack of control measures in place to ensure Retention Policy adherence for stored credit application forms
  • The need to improve access and introduce a digital Archive Management solution to improve historical records control

What We Did

  • Introduced an integrated data capture solution involving the direct receipt of applications that are sorted, unitised and coded prior to scanning.
  • Review of stored documents against the customer’s Retention Policy, reducing the number of stored items from 220m to 78m
  • Flow AI hosted data warehouse and digital Archive Management solution to support the storage, search and retrieval of customer records
