Scanned all of their old HR files (over 540,000 documents), to create a digital archive hosted on a customisable HR platform.
Continue to support the client in the digitisation of their HR records – all documents are sent to Flow AI for scanning, indexing and upload into the system on a monthly basis.
Provide a Document Archive – with physical copies of all files kept for 6 months.
