Manage the logistics to collect and barcode circa 9000 archive boxes from multiple locations
Prepare, scan and QA in excess of 25 million scanned images
Provide a fully managed retrieval service during transition from hard to electronic copy
Development of a Document Management System to host the scanned Information, and support retention policies
